Strategic Workshop Leadership and Design Facilitation with Yu

We took a lead role in strategically designing and facilitating the workshop. We developed the overall workshop framework using a structured planning canvas on Miro. This included defining the strategic intent, timeline, curating activities.

Playful Workshop Designer

To spark imagination and engagement, I introduced a "Genie from Aladdin" scenario as a playful narrative framework for exploring bold ideas about the future.

Empathetic Listener and Interviewer

During the workshop, I actively facilitated conversations by asking follow-up questions to clarify subjective responses and elicit deeper insights from participants.

Comfort by Design

From background music to refreshments, I paid attention to the little things that made guests feel at ease and open to engaging. Comfort was intentional.

Always striving to improve

I initiated a quick internal debrief after the first workshop. By identifying key gaps and suggesting actionable changes.

TAKE AWAY

The Genie scenario proved to be an effective way to engage participants who are not accustomed to creative thinking. Thoughtful workshop design plays a crucial role in creating a safe, imaginative space and is essential for generating rich, high-quality insights.
